Fall 2008 Registration Procedures 

Waitlisting is now possible in all divisions. (disable your pop-up blocker)

NOTE :  IF YOU ARE A MAC USER, YOU MUST USE INTERNET EXPLORER, NETSCAPE OR FIREFOX with eAYSO.  IT WILL NOT WORK WITH OTHER BROWSERS  (Don't blame us... we are users like you!)

ALL new players must be evaluated if they are in U8 or above!  Evaluations take place

1. Pre-Registration involves 2 ONLINE steps.  
   • Region 69 Supplemental Form and Kid Zone Form completion and printing
   • eAYSO registration for players and volunteers
2. Please read this page first by scrolling all the way down!
3. Read Welcome letter from Debbie Held by clicking
4. Read the Volunteer Position descriptions by clicking
5. Read the Region 69 Registration Agreement by clicking ...
   • You agree to this by signing the Supplemental Form

   ---

6. Complete the Region 69 Supplemental Information form by clicking
7. Print 2 copies of this form for EACH player you register.
8. Print 1 copy of the KID ZONE PLEDGE (per player) and SIGN 

   ---

9. Click .  This takes you to the National AYSO Registration Website in a new window. Leave this window open. Remember to print 2 copies of all forms.
   • NOTE THAT SITE IS "DOWN" MONDAYS BETWEEN 6PM -Midnight FOR MAINTENANCE.

• You will see the “Welcome” screen.

  • Complete initial login (or sign up for a new account if new to site)

• You must first select MyeAYSO in Upper Left corner under logo.

• Read each screen carefully

• Remember to SCROLL DOWN on all screens. 

• Click on the appropriate  button and proceed.

• Though not required to complete pre-registration, if you take the time to get a user name and password this online process will be even faster in future seasons.

FOR FIRST TIME USERS: The next few eAYSO screens are informational.  Proceed until you see the screen with 3 blue boxes.

• AYSO PARENTS - click Parent to register yourself.  Then proceed to register your children. 

  • Complete information for EACH parent and  player.  PLEASE CONFIRM BIRTH DATE.

  • Choose REGION 69. 

  • PAYMENT OPTION WILL APPEAR AFTER YOU COMPLETE PRE-REGISTRATION. OR YOU CAN SELECT "PAYMENT" FROM MENU BAR  

  • Print and sign 2 copies in BLUE ink

• AYSO VOLUNTEERS – This section, including SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, MUST be completed in order to volunteer,

  • Print and sign 2 copies

• AYSO YOUTH VOLUNTEERS – proceed with this step if your child will be volunteering as a youth referee, coach, assistant coach, VIP buddy, or other position.

  • Print and sign 2 copies

FOR RETURNING USERS:  Login and follow the instructions.

YOU MUST UPDATE and REPRINT ALL FORMS - EVEN YOUR VOLUNTEER FORMS.

• PLEASE check your child’s birthday for accuracy – last year 38 were incorrect, causing division adjustments later.

• PLEASE make sure both parents have been entered with email addresses – last year over 45% of the player Records only listed one parent

• PLEASE make sure volunteer forms are completed – including youth volunteer forms

• PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY CHECK AND ENCLOSED WITH YOUR APPLICATION
