• We have received over 1400 registrations and cannot confirm receipt of your specific application at this time.
• IS YOUR CHILD REGISTERED?
  Every few days, the Registrar process applications and "REGISTERS" the applicants who have paid.
  To see if your child has been REGISTERED by the Registrar:
  • Go to www.eayso.org and login.
  • Look in the left column, last line. It says "sign up for another program".
  • If this is activated, then your player is REGISTERED. Clicking here does NOT sign you up for another program - it is just the means to check your status.

• You will be contacted by your child's coach in late August.

• Keep checking the website for information on coach and referee training during the summer months.

• If you want to withdraw, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the office by July 1st to obtain a refund. (There is a processing fee)

RETURNING PLAYERS

• I complete my online registration - DID EVERYTHING GO THROUGH?
  • We have received over 1400 registrations in the past 3 weeks and cannot confirm individual receipts. 
  • Please note that if you registered online and anything is missing, we will contact you in the summer.
• I paid by check and it hasn't cleared yet - should I be worried?
  • We only deposit your checks as your application is processed between now and mid-June.  If your check is still outstanding in late June, send an email it to registrar@ayso69.org
• My child is a returning player and completed last season, and I have already registered online
  • YOU DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND THE EVALUATION SESSION
  • You will be contacted by your child's coach in late August.
• My child is a returning player who did not play or complete last season and I have already registered online
  • Your player should come to Paul Revere on April 27th from 3-5pm to be evaluated.
• My child is a returning player and we have registered online BUT we have not sent in our check or nor did we paid online
  • Mail check into the office ASAP.  Waitlisting is possible.
• My child is a returning player and I have not done anything yet

NEW PLAYERS

• I completed the online registration and printed the forms, WHO needs to attend the in-person registration?
  • Players 6 and older need to attend to be evaluated for team balancing.
  • Adults who plan to coach, referee or asst coach need to attend to verify their volunteer application and government issued ID  (driver's license / passport)   
• My player cannot attend on that date - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
  • Bring the paperwork to complete the registration process .
  • Details on make-up evaluations will be posted on the website in June. 
• We cannot attend on April 28th- WHAT SHOULD I DO?

REFUND REQUESTS

As stated in the registration agreement which you accepted during the application process:

All REFUND REQUESTS must be made in writing and sent to 150 South Barrington Ave. #2, Los Angeles, CA 90049. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope, the player’s name, birth date, address, and to whom the refund check should be issued to. There is a $25 handling fee to process refund requests. If the Region is unable to place my child on a team, my check will be returned, or I will be given a FULL REFUND.

• A FULL REFUND (less $25) shall be given if the request is postmarked by July 1^st, 2013

• A 50% REFUND (less $25) shall be given if the request is postmarked by August 15^th, 2013.

• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THAT DATE.
