Refund Information

All REFUND REQUESTS must be made in writing and sent to 150 South Barrington Ave. #2, Los Angeles, CA 90049.  Include  self-addressed stamped envelope, player’s name, birth date, address, and to whom the refund check should be issued to. 

 

  • A FULL REFUND less a $25 processing fee will be given if the request is postmarked by 7/1/2013  

 

  • A 50%  REFUND  shall be given if request is postmarked by 8/15/2013

 

  • NO REFUNDS ISSUED AFTER THAT 8/15/2013  If the Region is unable to place a child on a team, your check will be returned or a FULL REFUND will be issued.
