Region 69 Live Scan Options
The State of California requires that each of our volunteers interacting with the players have fingerprints on file with AYSO (specifically). Area P is mandating that all Board members, Coaches, Ast. Coaches, and Team Parents 10U and above, all Referees with Intermediate badge or above, or a Regional Referee covering more than ONE game per week go through this process.
Capital Live Scan is the vendor AYSO selected to give our organization preferred rates. The key thing is that the volunteers go through the LiveScan website to receive the the AYSO rates and have results uploaded into the AYSO system.
This is a one time event, specific to AYSO and paid by the region. Each organization in California has a separate database, and thus their own requirement. You MUST Register for this Event.
When: September 5, 2026 from 10am - noon PST

To register for this event:
2. Click the red button "GET FINGERPRINTED AT A SPONSORED AYSO EVENT".
3. Enter your email address and click "Proceed".
4. Check your email and enter your one time access code you received from LiveScan. Then click "Proceed".
5. Under Region Number, please enter and select your home AYSO Region. Our Region is 76. We are listed as "1P69 - AYSO - Region 69 | 1P69".
6. Enter or Verify that the information on the next page is correct and that it matches your AYSO Volunteer Profile. Please be sure to enter your CA Driver's License or ID for identity verification purposes. Click "Next".
7. Find the location above. If you cannot attend the Region 69 sponsored event, you can select another event more at a more convenient location and time. NOTE: Events not sponsored by Region 69, will not be paid by Region 69. Click "Schedule Appointment". Select a time slot for your appointment and click "Next".
8. Watch the instructional video which plays on the next page. You must watch the video in full. Once the video is finished, please click "Next".
9. Read and agree to the terms on the next page. Scroll through both the upper and lower sections in full to be allowed to proceed. Click the red "I Agree" button. If "I Agree" is greyed out, you have not scrolled through both the upper and lower sections.
10. Read through the information presented and click on "Next".
11. Click on "Done". You will have received an email with your appointment information and your barcode to present to the LiveScan representative.
