AYSO Region 69 Volunteer Requirements
Board Members, Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Referees, and Team Parents
Access AYSO training at https://www.inleague.ayso69.org Click on CAP in right corner.
All Volunteers must have the following:
- Complete Background Check every 15 month* (Sterling) (aka Volunteer Form)
- SafeSport** – complete initial course, then 15 months, 30 months later, 45 months later, complete the update (approx. 30 min). Repeat this cycle 15 months after last update.
- Concussion Awareness Training
- AYSO’s Safe Haven Training
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training
- LiveScan fingerprints – all Team Parents, all Board Members, 10U Coach and above Intermediate Ref and above and Regional
referees who cover more than 1 game a weekend. Sept 5, Brentwood Science Magnet 10am-noon on Front of School on Gretna Green
All Coaches must have the following:
- Coach course – the level you are coaching or higher 6U-12U Coach, Sept __, 9-2, Palisades Charter High School
All Board Members must have the following:
- Board Position Specific training ex: Treasurer Found under Training Event-Management
Referee Badge level as follows:
- 8U Official for 8u
- Regional Referee for 10U
- Intermediate Referee for 12U
- Advanced Referee for 14U
- National Referee for 16U/19U
